Canonical answers about OmniAlign's platform, security, and engagement model — written to be quoted directly.
OmniAlign is Desk2Cloud's unified, configurable, role-based project management, analytics, and reporting platform for civil project management — covering Estimation, Detailing, Formwork, and Shoring. It combines a Plan & Execute engine (scheduling, milestones, secure storage) with a Measure & Decide engine (a KPI engine, configurable dashboards, and a report engine), available on both web and mobile app.
An admin selects the project data a KPI should be based on, defines how it should be calculated using a guided builder, previews the result against live data, and saves it. OmniAlign then keeps that KPI up to date automatically and makes the result available to any widget, dashboard, or report — no engineering ticket required. Every KPI, dashboard, and report definition is versioned, so changes can be audited and rolled back.
OmniAlign ships with a large catalog of ready-made KPIs and reports across four operational categories — Estimation, Detailing, Formwork, and Shoring — plus a set of cross-category and governance reports. Every one of them can be edited, added to, or retired by your team at any time.
OmniAlign supports role-based access across Admin, Project Manager, and Customer categories. Each role has a tailored menu and is scoped to see only the data and edit rights appropriate to its function, configured centrally rather than hard-coded per screen. A user needing more than one role can hold multiple assignments, with the most permissive applicable rule winning per section.
OmniAlign enforces data isolation scoped by branch, customer, and role, multi-factor authentication on both Microsoft Entra ID (SSO) and native login paths, and encryption at rest and in transit. Every login, modification, and update is logged with actor, timestamp, and before/after state, downloadable by Admin-category roles.
Yes. The OmniAlign mobile app is available on Android and iOS and shares the same experience as the web portal — dashboards, tracking, reports, and OmniBot are all available on the go, scoped to the same role-based permissions.
OmniBot is OmniAlign's conversational AI assistant. Unlike an open-ended chatbot, its answers are grounded in your own live OmniAlign data — projects, KPIs, and report outputs — and every answer is scoped by the asking user's role and permissions. Where an answer needs a chart or number, OmniBot can surface it directly instead of a generic reply.
OmniAlign connects to secure cloud storage for documents, Microsoft Entra ID for single sign-on, and email/SMS gateways for alert delivery — alongside an open interface for third-party or AI/LLM platforms.
Desk2Cloud's engagement model runs in four phases: Understand (weeks 1–2) audits your current workload and tools; Setup (weeks 3–4) configures OmniAlign and provisions access; Pilot (weeks 5–8) runs the platform on one priority process; and Scale (week 9 onward) expands the extended desk across your remaining pillars. Most clients see a working pilot inside eight weeks.
Desk2Cloud offers three models: a Pilot (single-project setup, both engines configured, a 4–8 week window, ideal for proving the model), a Managed Retainer (the most popular option — full platform access plus a defined support-hour pool and monthly governance review), and Enterprise (multi-project/multi-site rollout with dedicated coordinators and custom KPI/integration work). Final pricing is confirmed in an accompanying commercial proposal or Order Form.
Yes — this is a core design principle. Every KPI, dashboard, and report in OmniAlign is a configuration your team owns — source data, a calculation, a schedule, a layout — rather than hard-coded application logic. An admin can define, edit, or retire any of them directly in the platform, with full version history for audit and rollback.
